What is the rental fee for The Venue and what does it include?

When are the payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?

When the contract is signed, to continue holding the date, we require a 20% refundable safety deposit and 20% initial payment. booking fee to be paid. Six months prior to the event 50% of the remaining fee will be due. The final installment will be required 60 days prior to the event. You are welcome to send smaller, partial payments of any amount prior to the specified due date, so in effect creating your own payment plan on your own schedule. Please include the last names of the couple and the wedding date in the memo line if you are mailing a check. Full payment is due by the specified due date. We also reserve the right to request a credit card on file for any damages to the facility or grounds. Tax is applied to each payment.

Do I need to Schedule Tour or can I just stop by?

We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only. You can request a tour here.

Will there be another wedding the same day?

At The Venue we only host one wedding each day to ensure that each couple’s event is special and receives our full attention.

How far in advance do you need our final headcount?

Are there overnight accommodations nearby?

Beach Weekend offers a multitude of premier vacation property rentals. Every property comes with all amenities of home to allow for a stress-free visit. Click here for complete information. Due to the popularity of Beach Weekend Properties, prevailing rental rates and minimum night stay requirements may still apply for guests who may wish to stay with Beach Weekend for the event. Please reach out directly to the Beach Weekend vacation property manager to find rates and availability.

Does The venue Require Event Insurance?

Yes, we require you obtain day of event insurance. TheEventHelper.com is a great resource.

Can you access The Venue by boat?

Yes! The Venue offers a full size dock with access to the intercoastal waterway. You are more than welcome to arrive or depart by boat. However, we do ask that you provide your own dock lines and there is no overnight docking.

Is there a space at The Venue for the wedding party to get ready?

Yes! The Venue offers two bridal suites.

Bridal Suite 1: This elegantly designed bridal suite is curated for individuals seeking a refined and luxurious experience. The space is adorned with opulent furnishings, offering a sense of sophistication and comfort. Equipped with a dedicated vanity area, special makeup lighting, and a full-length mirror, this suite is tailored for those who appreciate attention to detail. Guests enjoy private access to pristine restrooms, ensuring an exclusive and convenient experience.

Bridal Suite 2: Embracing a distinct and stylish ambiance, this bridal suite caters to those desiring a modern and lounge-inspired setting. The atmosphere exudes a speakeasy vibe, with plush furnishings creating a comfortable and relaxed environment. The suite features a full-length mirror for last-minute preparations, a TV for entertainment, and outdoor access, allowing guests to enjoy a breath of fresh air. With private access to restroom facilities, this suite provides a private and enjoyable space for individuals looking for a more laid-back bridal experience.

Is the outdoor area included in the rental?

The back lawn area at The Venue offers a picturesque setting with its waterfront location. The entire lawn space is adorned with lush, artificial turf, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The venue is embraced by the presence of large old oak trees, providing a natural and timeless backdrop.

Four custom-built gas fire pits are strategically placed throughout the area, creating cozy and intimate pockets for guests to gather. Each fire pit is surrounded by comfortable seating, encouraging guests to enjoy the warmth and ambiance.
Illuminating the pathway and aisle are lighted white paver walkways, casting a soft glow across the landscape. These pathways guide guests through the outdoor space, leading to the central focal point of the intercoastal waters.

Overlooking the entire scene is a charming patio adorned with curated lounge furnishings. The patio serves as an elevated vantage point, offering guests a delightful view of the festivities unfolding below.
